Seymour was 18 years old and had clearly been mistreated. Chrissy took him in as a foster and brought him to the vet. He had growths and tumors, and the goal was to make him comfortable for however long he had left. No one expected him to live long, but Seymour surprised everyone.

“We thought it would be a short hospice stay,” Chrissy said. “Even a few days of comfort would’ve been worth it. Instead, he’s been with me for 13 months and is still going strong!”

In just one day, Seymour went from a neglected, unloved dog to a cherished family member. His transformation was incredible.
